It turns out I can knit a pair of socks in a week. I can not, however, take a picture before giving them away apparently. Oops.
And, to add insult to injury, it was a hot day here, so wool socks don't make an appropriate gift. oh well. The recipient appreciated them as much as I knew she would. She loved them.

The way the weather has been around here, she will be able to wear them next week!
I'm like that too, not necessarily with socks but other things too. It's been hot here too but decided to cool off yesterday.
