Lia, unfortunately, the source is my brain. If you read back a bit you'll see that I've been having all sorts of trouble with this particular sock for the exact reason that I'm making it up as I go along. I can tell you that it is Socks That Rock in Cobalt Bloom.
can you post the stitch pattern? reading back i get you are slipping stitches and from looking at it I was wondering if you were doing the trick of knitting in the row below...?
