Happy Housiversary

One year ago this past Friday I closed on my house. I can't believe it's been a year. But sometimes it feels like forever. I can't believe I spent so much time living somewhere other than here.

In house news, I have finished repairing the patio.

This picture is before I bought three more bags of gravel and really filled it in, but you get the idea. You can't tell there was a five-foot hole here last July. Hurrah. It feels really good to have that done.

And I got some more porch furniture:

The cushions need to be re-covered, and one of them isn't the right size, but it was a good deal, and I snatched it up. So now if you come to my house you don't have to bring your own camp chair anymore. :)
