Back to Our Regularly Scheduled Program

Yes, Kids, it's knitting content!

Look, I started knitting a sock! It's the Uptown Boot Sock from Interweave a year or so ago. The picture doesn't do it justice. When it's finished, I'll do better. I'ts Sock It To Me from Elann. It's not very soft, but that's ok. It'll soften with washing, I promise.

Also, I'm on the knitting guild page. Show & Share Pictures - The Greater St. Louis Knitters' Guild Check me out!

Here are some pictures of my hair. I put it up for the Bach Society concert on Sunday, and everyone was duly impressed. My sister had her hair done this way for her wedding, but it looked way better.
<-- you can see how it's falling apart in this one.
Fun, huh? I figure I better get all the fancy stuff out of my system before I chop it off.

And finally, a milestone:

Happy birthday, car!
No major repairs required yet. What a trooper!

I like the hair. I can never do anything like that with mine. I just learned to french braid it on my own head last year. Kudos to you.

Bring the sock on Wednesday. I'm looking forward to seeing you again. Thankfully dinner was canceled this week so I can attend.

Your hair looks great. Did you do that yourself?? I'm amazed and astounded. I get all excited when my car reaches a big "mile"stone like that. Of course mine's only gotten to like 25,000 in 5 years.

Your hair is awesome! How the heck did you do that? I'm going to be donating my hair to locks of love too, as soon as it gets just a bit longer.
