Before and After

For the past two months I've been keeping track of how many days I had left before cutting my hair. Today my cubicle looked like this:



And I have two sets of before and after shots to share --

This is the sock I worked on while I was in class. I tried it on and found that it was a little tight and after checking the gauge, etc, decided to re-knit it.

But that's not the kind of "before and after" you're after, is it?

This is the box of stuff I won't be using for a long time:
I put the lid on and put it on a top shelf in the bathroom closet.

These are real "before and after" shots from 1992, the last time I really cut off a LOT of hair. I was 19 years old. As usual, click on it to see more detail, but if you don't want to, I'm cool with that. Really.
That's Kari, my hairdresser extraordinare from Sioux Falls. And yes, I decorated those pants myself, if you couldn't tell. Back then there was no Locks of Love, but I do still have the hair and will be sending it in with the hair cut tomorrow.
