Operation Big Chop - Success!

This should be pretty self-explanatory:

too late now! (A total of eight separate pony-tails)
This was taken after I was done putting my head between my knees. (Lookin' a little pale....)

The artist at work --

Who the hell is this?

This is going to take some getting used to. But it was fun watching people recognize me at the Knitting Guild Meeting, and the feedback was good. Of course, people feel obligated to say nice things, because they have to say something, but they all seemed sincere.

The new haircut is adorable. The person wearing the new haircut is beautiful from the inside out. Way to be an inspiration.

It looks great! It is so weird when you get your hair cut. It's so much lighter, and you keep trying to run your fingers through hair that isn't there anymore. Someone will love that beautiful hair of yours :)

Oh my goodness, you weren't kidding when you said you had a lot of hair. It's gorgeous, both the pile of beautiful ponytails (that really is a pretty hair color), and of course, you new look is great. :)

Wow. The new haircut looks great - though I can understand you having a going-pale, head-between-the-knees moment or two. I hope that the summer warmth kicks in soon, so you can appreciate the joys of short hair in hot weather ... and know that it's nothing compared to how much someone will be appreciating your donation.

Wow Beth! You did it! Doesn't it feel great? After seeing your photo now I want to go shorter.

Isn't it nice to not have to pick a huge wad of hair off the shower drain in the morning?

Looks wonderful.. makes me want to do it again.. I dontated waist length hair Oct 2002. Hubby pouted so much, that I grew it back, though, lol. It is to the middle of my back, and the baby LOVES to make a mess of it.
