Progress on Socks That Rock sock (as seen in the previous post):
I'm really liking this stitch pattern. I think a bit of flashing is happening, but it's not obvious. Is it obvious?
I'm keeping track of what I'm doing, so I'll write up the pattern when I'm done. And, since this is the first sock in which I've faced the reality of the thickness of my calves, I'll make two sizes: one for me, and one for those of you who are still in denial.
Also, I'll need some kind of name for the pattern. Suggestions are welcome.

Diamond Spirals - looks very pretty!
Is flashing the same as pooling? If so, I don't see anything wrong.
Tainted love to continue from Rebecca's comment. :-)
I like the Diamon Spirals name. I can't say much, I name mine after what ever I'm doing at the time or if I'm not doing anything, pattern #12. :-)
I love that colorway. It looks awesome. I'm going to have to start my Socks that Rock.

I love the colors! I'm so mesmerized I can't even think of a name for them--sorry.
Beth, very nice stitch pattern. Does it have much stretch--hard to tell from the photo. I was thinking something with the word Diagonal in it...Is that Cobalt Bloom STR? I have socks knit from that yarn and it did pool considerable (flashing is just another word for pooling, right?)

"Chutes and Ladders"? That's all I've got. But they're cute!
Wow, I like those colors!

omg i love that 2 sizes comment. i have huge calves too. i don't see them as big but when i hear measurements that other people are quoting i realize i have got CALVES. that stitch pattern is really pretty. i love the look.
I'm not in denial about my calves - I love the two sizes option also!
Since your site is "Yarn Envy" - how about "Sock Envy". Then everyone that makes them could have sock envy! :D
What colorway is your str?
And which str weight is it?
