Ummm, has anyone noticed that Stitches Midwest is coming up? I have. I'm so excited! I have money this year!
Last year a few bloggers mentioned that the bloggers at SM should get together. I agree. Has anyone put any thought into this? Anyone have any ideas? What say ye?

My time is limited, but I am up for it. Just set a time and we can broadcast it around. I have classes non-stop though. I think all my shopping will have to be done on Thursday night!

My only requirement is that wherever we meet, it needs to be easy to find and easily accessible by public transportation.
Maybe we can do an evening knitting sessions at one of the hotel on property. Did anyone stay at the hotels last year and know of a place where we could hang out?
I stayed at the Hyatt last year - http://ohare.hyatt.com/hyatt/hotels/index.jsp. I don't think I am going to make it this year. The only place I can suggest is that there is an open area with seating on the grand Terrace level (2nd floor?) There is a restaurant there also. It should be ok for a small group of people. The restaurant was ok but we liked the sports bar that was around the corner a lot better.

I'd love to meet up with others. Some people on the Knittyboard have arranged to meet on Friday at noon, in the concession stand area of the market. The more the merrier! I'll be there Weds-Tues though, and staying in a hotel by myself, so I'd be happy to make evening plans too!
